Best 24 inch monitor that pivots with built-in microphone and webcam

I'm looking for the best 24 inch monitor that pivots and that comes with built-in microphone and webcam. I would like it to be under 350$ as well. Anyone has a suggestion (or something close to that price-point)??

I know little about this stuff myself, but you might want to check out this German comparison chart. Monitors that have high scores for "Ergonomie" (80+) mostly can pivot; I googled the LG Flatron W2442PA and it can pivot.

I understand the requirement for the size and pivoting. But limiting your options to those with built in webcams and mics is a bit suprising when you can get proper cam with a built in mic for peanuts.
