Best 24" Monitor in my price range?

I want to replace my 20" HP LED monitor with a larger 24".
I wouldn't mind going with a TV, as long as the price is comparable.

Current monitor suggestion:

Any opinions on that monitor above? I want to try and keep my price below $200.
It will be used for PS3 Gaming, as well as standard PC usage. I hope to at one point install a video card
to allow for good PC gaming as well.

Samsung makes excellent monitors which I own one with no problems at all.
