Best 250 gb SSD

I am planning to update my system having Core i3 6100 and GTX 1050TI with a 250 gig SSD. What's the best option?

Does your motherboard have a m.2 slot? IMO a m.2 nvme drive would be the best, but if your motherboard doesn't support it i would go for a samsung pro ssd like this one.

SATA III:
Samsung 850 EVO
Crucial MX300
Crucial MX500

NVMe:
Samsung 960 EVO

On a budget system like that I wouldn’t spend the money on nvme or a pro drive. Stick with any of the 3 sata drives USAF listed.
