Best $250 Graphics?

Hello, I am looking to build a new computer. I plan on going with an 4th gen Intel i5 Processor, so I am assuming I will not run into a bottleneck there.

I am looking at a $250 or below for graphics card(Price Performance is key for me). My screen resolution is 1920X180.

I have come up with three options:
Dual GTX 650 ti Boost(SLI)
GTX 760,

Or today Tigardirect has a GTX 670 on sale:

At $270, it is at the extent of my budget($200 would be best), but is it worth it? What are some other options? I have a preference toward Nvidia cards, but something AMD, if it is the best at the price, would be considered.

For $250 its about the best you can get. I don't recommend SLI lower end gpus. Go with a single card solution

I am looking at benchmarks of the GTX 670 and the GTX 760, and the GTX 670 seems to outperform it?
