Best $250 laptop?

It's a low budget I know but really all I'm looking to spend. Been doing some research and I found a few options, my only question is what's best for gaming? Not expecting to run anything big but It must be able to do LoL/Dota/IC at least with whatever settings possible, other than that I'll be sticking to classic games until I get back to my rig. If there's something better out there please let me know!

I was under impressions that those were extremely limited... Can they even game outside the app store?
