Could anyone help me out on a $2,500 gaming build? It would need to included OS, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam. I already have a 1080p monitor (slightly old, low response time), so I don't know if an upgrade would work into the budget or if I should save up and get a 1440p at a later time. Anyway, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

This build would be a great one with its overclockable 6600K (just a tiny step down form the 6700K but around a hundred dollars less), an excellent Noctua cooler that performs better than some liquid coolers, 80+ Platinum PSU, a very well-rated case and wattage to add another 980 Ti should you wish to SLI. It also has a very good gaming mouse (the one I`m using right now), a 16$ (NOT A TYPO, SIXTEEN DOLLARS!) mechanical keyboard and a 4K monitor while saving you 300$ for other stuff like games (Fallout 4 is very fun:)):

This is what I would build on pretty much any budget

For that price you could easily build a top end system and have money for a new monitor.
I'm not gonna build one for you but make a few suggestions.
CPU: i7 6700K or just the 6700 if you aren't going to overclock
To save some money the i5 6600K or 6500 are still top end processors and would allow you to focus your money on other items.
Don't get less than 16GB of ram
With a nice budget like your I'd recommend a fairly high end video card or perhaps an SLI/Crossfire setup (GTX 970 or R9 390 or better)

Of course, if you wish to get a better keyboard, by all means, go for it.
