best 27'+ monitor for non gaming or light gaming

Trying to find a solid 27'+ monitor, I was originally going to buy two but it just didn't fit my budget. My total budget is $220. Please no monitors that have rebates over $10 $220 is the most I can pay

See if you can find the Samsung S27D390HS. One of the cheapest 27" out there and it performs alright.

Oh, but be aware that it's only VGA and HDMI.
