"Best" is subjective.
With no details whatsoever, the "best" 3.5" sata drive is the 860 evo https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Inch-Internal-MZ-76E2T0B-AM/dp/B0786QNSBD
NVME would be the 970 evo.

as of now i have a 1tb and a 3tb hdd 3.5 but i ordered a couple 1tb ssd that i should get today or tomorrow i'm trying to improve my gaming computer since its a bit slow at loading my games onto launchbox

Either a Samsung Evo 860 or Crucial MX500 (which ever is cheaper) would be my choice for a 2TB SSD.
I own several MX500 SSDs (1TB and 500 GB) and a 500 GB 850 EVO and I am very happy with all of them.
