Best (2X2)stick 4gig ram for gaming?

I want to buy 2 sticks of ram that have 2gig each for a total of 4gig. I use my computer mainly for gaming, and am having a hard time deciding which ram to choose. I want DDR2 800. Here are my specs

E2160 1.8ghz Oc'd to 3.4
EVGA 8800GTS 320
EVGA 680i SE Motherboard
2x 320gig WD HDD's in RAID 0
Ultra X3 600w PSU

32 bit version of windows? If so, don't waste your money on 4 gig. I, right now, am having alright luck with Mushkin and A-data. Not badly priced... I agree with the other post, though. Is budget a concern?
 
150 to 200 dollars - If the 50 dollar difference won't matter with gaming, then I"ll pay 100 or so. Yes I would like to OC, and I have Vista Ultimate - hence the need for 4 gigs

There are lots of posts here that deal with how 4 gig on a 32 bit os is a wast of extra ram. (even ultimate vista). It's a matter of being able to adress the additional ram. It's not a matter of how much that os costs. Sorry, that was not nice. Anyways. I don't see a problem with the Mushkin that I have or the A-data that I have. One computer is for home the other is a workstation.
