I use a hyper212x turbo dual fan ocd my 4690k to 4.5 ghz. Define mild overclocking. If ur oc ur cpu to. 4.1ghz or less it will make no difference to your performance so i would suggest getting my cooler or an evo 212 and get the oc as far as u can

i have i5-4690k 4.6ghz @ 1.28v stable with cm hyper 212 evo. temps on prime95 v26.6 range from 65c-75c.
