Prebuilt is fine or PCpartpicker

Budget is 300$ or less

Os needed too windows 7 preferably

Solution
Sorry, but the OS costs what it costs.
Going 'cheap' gets you either invalid and deactivated, or simply loaded with malware.

$300 PC + OS = buy it from BestBuy.
You cannot find a valid, legal OS that will work inside of a $300 budget.

$300 incl OS = go to BestBuy or Walmart. Anything in that price range will be similar.

I consider those close enough to a $300 budget with an OS.

The user did ask for Windows 7... and you left out the Keyboard and mouse.

He never asked for a keyboard or mouse, and Windows 7 is no longer available on pcpartpicker. He'll have to get it some other way, like via Microsoft's website.

There are 2 RAM sticks for dual channel: Faster multitasking.

Have fun running the build without a power supply! :)

You can always run it with, you know, a potato?

Na, you just need enough lemons

lol well, the computer basically is going to be a potato haha...

Btw this build is for a friend not me 😛

i forgot to mention he has an old gt 440 or something like that he is planning on using and i can also give him my old 350 watt PSU that I ran my old gt 630, and fx 4130 (that build got me into pc gaming) He has a monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers desk etc... all he needs is the PC itself for around 277$ (http://www.play-asia.com/microsoft-windows-7-home-premium-oem-key-only/13/709jol?gclid=Cj0KEQiAq920BRC8-efn57XrotYBEiQAlVlMQ5oXj_tb2doJlcCN6VyUttpMOu1BRnYaZ1htYohSgYUaAkFI8P8HAQ&ref=froogle) that's going to be his OS assuming that website is safe

HAHAHAHA
no.

What PSU is it?

Tell him to just buy a CD key for the OS.
