Question best 3080 AIB (2021)

I need some advice...taking stock/availability and price out of the equation which is the best buy between the EVGA 3080 FTW3 Ultra vs Asus TUF and Strix?....performance is about the same among all 3080 brands so it's all about the cooling and temps...the TUF/Strix cards seem to be around 10 degrees cooler then the EVGA but I also read that coil whine is more of an issue with them

EVGA FTW3 Ultra does seem a bit quieter then the Asus...when talking about EVGA people always talk about the warranty and support but what if you never use those things?...I'm also hearing about issues with the FTW3 as far as the insane amount of power it uses...so taking everything into consideration which is the better buy- Strix, TUF or FTW3 Ultra?...Thanks for the help

It's best if you parsed links to both cards mentioned in the post. IMHO, you should look for the card that has higher clocks out of the factory. You should also look into their cooling options and the power delivery area on the back of the card(in the middle of the backplate).

Quiet is a relative term, some might even hear the clicking of the fan motor. Others don't notice it at all. On the note about power, you will need to also look into other AIB cards, the GPU itself draws more power in some titles/work loads.

On another note, what PSU are you looking at or have at the moment?
