best 350 dollar graphics card

What is the best gpu for under $350? I would like to be able to play all the latest games on high.
I am planing on getting the AMD FX 6100 6-Core Processor is this a good cpu? are there any better ones for the same price?
I have a 500 watt power supply will it be enough or do i need a better one?

Probably a 280x or a 290.

Or even a 770 superclocked.

If you can get an FX 6300 or 6350, and if you can fit it in your budget, I'd suggest doing so.

As for video card, I'm with rdizz81, an AMD Radeon R9 280X would be plenty sufficient for all but the most heavily graphically intensive games out there, as long as you're not trying to just jump straight into 4k resolutions. At 1080p you'll be golden.
