Best 3D modeling / HD video rendering system

Hy guys.

I need to update my system for these 3 treats in order of relevance:

1. HD video editing (Pinnacle Studio 18 + After Effects)
2. 3D Modeling & rendering (3Ds Max + Maya)
3. Casual gaming (4 games/year)

I need to know in your experience what's the best system build for $1.000 bucks in Intel i7 processor?

I dont need SSD or storage devices, monitor, case, powersupply anyone..... I'm just interested in Motherboard, processor, cooling system, 16Gb ram and video card.

I have an older 1155 rig for doing the same. I use a Xeon E3-1280v2 with 16gb of ram etc,
Someone should be along soon to suggest the same

But i want also gaming... 3 or 4 games at year... that's why i want intel i7.
