Question Best 3pin fan controller

My motherboard has a 3 pin header that cant change voltage and is stuck at 100% is there any fan controllers that will let me control my 3 pin fans


5 total case fans and all are 3 pin
3 are currently plugged into a 4pin pwm and i can change their speed somehow. Other 2 are in a 3 pin and are stuck at 100%. Im thinking of selling these and just buying pwm fans

If you're using Windows, then the app speedfan should be able to overrun the fan controllers, at least for some motherboards.
