This will be for gaming with PS5 and XSX. I want something that has HDR 10+, HDMI 2.1 and 120hz. I was looking at the Hisense U8G but saw where one of their techs admitted it can't do 4k 120hz properly which made me sad because I wanted this because of how bright it can get during HDR and it had HDR10+ and 120hz. TCL R646 was my next option but I saw it was pulled from the shelves in the US due to how had the software is. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I should have clarified budget my apologies. I LOVE OLEDs but just to expensive for me. I was hoping to get something decent around the $750-$800 range.

We'll probably need to know what size your looking for. The main issue is that most 120Hz TVs tend to be at the higher end of the spectrum. You're best bet may to to get an older model (LG C9, etc.) thats being sold at a discount somewhere.

For reference.
Pretty much just LG/Sony OLEDs and Samsungs top end stuff then.

If you go the OLED route, then go with LG's C1 series.

Otherwise, it's the Samsung QN90A (Note: HDMI 2.1 is only supported on one input).

New TV refresh is generally in the March/April timeframe, though I haven't heard of anything immanent, likely due to supply chain issues. Should wait for the new stuff to release regardless just so you can catch a clearance sale of last years models.
