BEST 4K MONITOR under 450£ for video editing

I need a 4K monitor for an assembled computer with a gtx windforce 970, the monitor be under 450£?

Should not be a big difference between the two. PLS is Samsung's version of IPS (made by LG). If that's more appealing for you, then get that!
