Best 4tb Hard Drive

I am about to order a new 4tb hard drive. I'm either going to order WD 4 TB 3.5-inch Internal Hard Drive - Black or Seagate 4TB/8GB Serial 3.5 inch Solid State Hybrid Drive. I would prefer to save the money and get the Seagate but i was wondering what other people thought about witch one to get.
