Best 5.1 sound card for under $70

I recently bought 5.1 speakers but haven't really bothered to get a new sound card to support them, until now. My current sound card is Realtek AC97. What would be the best sound-card to get for under $70?

I'm not sure how much the latest entry level X-Fi card is from Creative, but that would be a good place to start.

The only reason I'm hesitant in buying this is because well ... I've never heard of the brand XD Opinions?

I would go with either a Soundblaster Audigy 2 value edition which sells for arount $70 or a basic Audigy 4 which sells for around $80. You can't go wrong with Creative Labs.
