Best $50 case?

I'm building my friend a gaming build, and don't know which case to get him. I want the case to be $50, since it's not too expensive, but still good quality. Right now I am mainly debating against the Antec One, the Rosewill CHALLENGER, and the Cooler Master HAF 912. So, which one should I choose? Here is the build I was going to get him, if that helps-

Check the case I told you, that is good. You will have good air circulation if you go with HAF 912, it comes with 2 fans by default both 120mm still you can add 4 x 120mm fans or 2 x 120mm + 1 x 200 mm. Its worth to spend $59.99 on this case!! Trust me !!
