I have a laptop with a i5 4210u. Plenty fine for Photoshop, Illustraor, InDesign, and all of the Adobe CC. Though I haven't done ane movie editing with premiere on it (might be a bit on the slow side for encoding - I don't know). Just be sure to get one with at least 8GB of ram, and an i5 4210u is pretty fine.

I'm also running Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Acrobat Pro (all CS5.5) on a puny windows 8 tablet with a quad-core Atom Z3745 @ 1,33ghz with only 2gb of RAM, and everything runs well, surprisingly.

You don't need an i7. Unless you do a lot of video editing and encoding. Otherwise, any recent i5 will work well.

And personnaly, to me, color reproduction and accuracy of the screen is way more important than its resolution. My Laptop is a Lenovo Yoga 2 pro, and while its screen is gorgeous in 3200x1800, the colors are not very accurate, especially yellows, if the screen isn't at 100% brightness. Although it runs everything very well, I would take better color reproduction over resolution anyday.
