There is no best one regarding gaming computers in my opinion. But there are a lot of options.

This one for example would be a good build if you are going for intel:

With this one you will be able to play almost all games at 1080p in mid to high settings.

I'm of course talking about very cheap builds with no room for overclocking or big updates.
