Best $500 PC build available AUD

Hey guys, what would be the best $500ish PC build at the moment? The storage size doesn't matter, as long as it's at least 250GB. The only other requirement if possible, is for it to be able to play GTA 5 and possibly dayz mod. Not sure if that's asking for too much, but if it's possible to get one for that price that's capable of that my mate would be very happy. Thanks

The i3's integrated HD4600 graphics should be enough for dayz, and just about enough for gta5 at 720p, lowest settings. It would get your friend by until he can save an extra $200 for an entry level graphics gard like the gtx 750ti or r9 270
