Question Best 5700 XT Card?

So I've always been a Nvidia guy, but the 5700 XT offers the price to performance I'm looking for but know little about the brands. Ive seen some issues with thermals in some cards like that MSI Evoke so Im looking for input on what card in teh 399-430 USD range is the best bang for the buck in performance, thermals and noise.

I am running a Power Color reference card in my set up. She is a beast but it is louder than I like under heavy load with that blower cooler, She will kick in while running heavy game loads like Borderlands 3 but while surfing, streaming and light load gaming she is fine. Check out some Youtube reviews on the non reference cards, most of them with the exception of the Evoke are getting good reviews and have better noise levels than the reference cards.
