Best 650$ gaming and editing PC

Ok I had to change plans since 1k is impossible for me to save up so I would like to ask using this link ignore everything except the memory and CPU fan and case because I already have it case is biter is comrade memory is corsair vengeance 8gb 2x4 and hyper 212 evo is CPU fan everything else is up to u guys just please make sure that your build without the memory case and CPU fan turns out 650$ can be like 20$ higher if u can get me some other good stuff thanks so much in advance really good luck this is what I would like u to ignore..
