Best 750 - 850 Watt PSU

I am looking for the most budget friendly psu, it has to be:
80+ Gold or higher
Silent and Zero Fan RPM/Eco Mode.
Max: 45 db
750 - 850 Watts Continuous power.
Good or excellent ripple control (<20 mv 12v)
Budget Friendly.
Bundled software with fan control.

I have looked at these psus:
Corsair HX750i - 1267 DKK/185 USD
Corsair RM750i - 1149 DKK/168 USD
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750 880 DKK/128 USD

So what do you guys recommend? Should I buy the EVGA power supply or should I consider one from Corsair, or do you guys have a third option?

my first choice, seasonic.
there are other good brands, but seasonic is my personal fav. i heard evga is good also, like xfx

the x series is good. although if you are tight on budget, the m series (the modular ones) are also good, way better than cheap crappy ones.

for most single gpu setup, a good 600w or even 550w is good enough, i have a 760x gold of seasonic, no issues for a few years now

The seasonic x series 750 watt power supply is just as good as the evga g2 750 which is quieter and has better performance per dollar.
