Best 754 Mobo?

I'm looking for the best ASUS motherboard to go with my AMD 64 3200+ (512mb l2 cache. socket 754). I was thinkin about the K8V SE DE. Is it good or bad? Any other recommendations? thanks in advance guys. BTW price isnt a big deal im already wasting alot of money. Why not waste a little more?

What makes the nForce 3 better than the K8V SE Deluxe? I know that people have their reasons and i would like to hear them. But thanks for the listing of another mobo il'll be sure to look into it some more. Koka

There are a lot of reasons, but most come down to via problems. The one that keeps cropping up is via- soundblaster conflicts. They just dont play well together. I am used to reconfiguring so that it works, but it's a pain.
Most of the "AMD is crap because..." is a result of poor chipsets from via.
OCers use nforce because of the pci lock.
