I'm looking for a pair of case fans for my PC. I know that larger fans are better, but I can only fit a 92mm fan. Any recommendations for a pair under $30? The 2 fans have to move enough air to cool a GTX 960 and i5 6400.

Right now, I found these Noctua fans on amazon and they seem pretty good.

But they're a bit expensive. Are the higher price tags of the noctuas worth it over these cooler master ones?

Solution
Noctua is one of the top brands when it comes to fans that move allot of air without making much noise and lasting long. They are indeed premium over cooler master.

You need to remember than small fans like these push air in a line. When you have multiple small fans in a system like this you need something to pull the air through the system because 92mm will only concentrate in one very small area.

Okay, thank you. I will have one fan pull air in and and 1 exhaust fan.

Sounds good. Fans on the front of the case should be intake, fans on the back should be exhaust, fans on the top should be exhaust, and fans on the bottom should be intake. Air should move in from the bottom intake fans and matriculate to the top of the case.
