Hi so i am looking for an affordable third party cooler for the i3 10100 as i am using right now a Ryzen 3 1200 with the stock cooler and all Ryzen processors in my country is pretty much expensive but i know that for Intel their stock coolers are not the best and i am trying to look for one that would cost me up to 40$ Canadian.

Also my mind is set on the processor i am going to be replacing (i know i need to change my motherboard as well, i am not a noob just in case some might think that) and also i have been looking at the Deepcool Gammaxx 400S and 400 V2 and also the Cooler Master RR-I71C so if any of those are good or if you have a better suggestion i am all eyes and thanks for anyone that might help me out with this.

Solution
If you're dead set on buying the i3 mentioned above, then you're going to get a cooler with the processor, read here scrolling down to Thermal Solution Specification and click on the little blue question mark in the circle. You're going to be fine with the stock cooler since the processor won't allow you to overclock.

You could look into this cooler, which is right up against the 40CAD mark.
