Best AIO CPU Cooler Around $100 USD

Hi, I'm about to order all the parts for a new rig and I can't decide on a cpu cooler. I've been looking at the Kraken X61, but I don't know much about water cooling. Any reccomendations? This is going on an i7-6700k inside an NZXT H440.

the x61 is excellent and looks good but you could also save 25 bucks extra and get a 360mm aio like the thermaltake water 3 ultimate (pure performance based but a bit loud) or the Fractal design Kelvin s36 (looks better and is more quite then the water 3 ultimate)
