Best AIO water cooling loop

Hi, i am looking for a watercooling replacement for my TX3 EVO.
It is to loud at idle and it cant get the fan quiter. I cant get a high tower cooler in my case so i want liquid cooling. I already have a Noctua Nf-f12 PWM. I was thinking about a H60 or Seidon 120v/m.
I want one that is reliable and has a low pump noise. I want to use the nf-f12 on the cooler, and would it cool a non overclockd i7 3770 good enough?
Which one should i get??

Both of those coolers will do a excellent job.
