Im planning on building a new PC soon, but have trouble deciding on a CPU Cooler.
CPU i7 7700K.
Tower Rosewill B2 SPIRIT ATX Full Tower
Gaming Computer Case B2 SPIRIT.
Motherboard ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero

Now I've read that the i7 7700K heats up a lot, but I don't want to go with liquid cooling, since I'm not fond of having liquid inside and the chances of leakage. So I want to get an Air Cooler. I've done my research but now I'm stuck and need some help.

On my choices I have picked there are
Cryorig R1 Ultimate
Noctua NH-D15
MasterAir Maker 8 (I read that its okay, but I dont know if its good for the 7700K)

PS: Forgot to mention, I do not plan to overclock

Solution
Your I7-7700K is a 91w cooler, more if overclocked.
Here is a link to the Noctua TDP supported chart for their coolers.

You have no issue with cooler height.
The chart shows NH-U14s or NH-D15s as recommended coolers along with D15 and D14 coolers.
I recommend the s suffix variants because they have been redesigned to clear tall ram heat spreaders and also have an offset to clear graphics cards in the first pcie x16 slot.

I would put cryorig R1 ultimate in the same excellent category.

If you do not plan on overclocking, you could go with the NH-U12s.

I like noctua because of their quality and they are easy to mount.
They are also quiet.
If you have the funds, buy one of the stronger coolers because you...

FWIW:
As of 6/9/17
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.4v Vcore.

I7-7700K
4.9 83%
5.0 62%
5.1 29%
5.2 6%
