Question Best air cooler for ryzen 7 7800x3d

Wanted to go with Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 ARGB but changed my mind and chose air cooler instead.Im thinking between Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE and

Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120SE ,or there is something better to go with Ryzen 7 7800x3d.​

If your ram is taller than say 40mm, the NH-D15s will clear tall ram.

at less than half the cost and similar performance, the Phantom Spirit 120 Evo is a much better buy. noctua has a super reputation for good reason, and for a long time they were unmatched. but i don't see the extra $50+ worth of value in it anymore.

still a great product, but with the new competition, they just cost too much now.

Will be using Phantom Spirit and Kingston fury renegade this case can fit 7 inches cooler and phantom spirit is smaller than that

You should be ok. The cooler is a typical 157mm high.
If you look at this diagram, you can see there is a cutout for tallish ram.
