Best air cooler that wont block ram

I do not trust watercolors, an i have only had bad experiences with them and custom loops. i do not want to trust my computer to a closed loop cooler.

but i also want to overclock a 6 core intel cpu to about 4.5ghz, so heres what im asking.
what motherboard would put the ram far enough away that i dont have to sacrifice slots even when i have an utter monstrosity of a cooler installed?

also, what is the best cpu cooler, as i have heard of several that are great, but the ones i got shown were all over 150$ but then i heard that a cheaper 80$ one was just as good/ within 1c of the best...

As long as you have LP modules you should be fine , it's huge make sure it fits in your case.

Thankyou, this is a little late because i got no email notification i got a response... as to the case, the ones i'm looking at now should give me a massive amount of headroom.

is there a way to get it without fans cheaper so i can put better, although louder, fans on it?
