A better air cooler might improve your temps anywhere from a couple degrees to 10c or so under load. There are plenty of good air coolers, the nh-d14 mentioned, the phanteks tc14pe, dark rock 3/pro 3, cryorig r1, thermalright true spirit 140 power (if it will fit your case, it's 170mm tall). Just my opinion, aio coolers seem to be problematic more often than not. The single radiator versions rarely perform better than decent air coolers but offer a different look (less clutter of a cooler on your cpu in the middle of the system if that's an issue). Dual radiator coolers would be more worthwhile given the cost of aio's.

You can try a different fan on the 212 evo but keep in mind before investing a ton in fans (most decent fans are...
Dunno why would you pay for brand new cooler just to slightly overclock more, but anyways if you really want to spend that £60 on new cooling I would take a look at NH-D14 or H80i or h100i

Well right now when I run prime 95 the cpu hovers at 65-70c I've been meaning to check my thermal paste just to make sure. But just thought I would check. And ive heard alot about the h100i having a loud af pump I don't know how rare or common that is

Mostly people complain about the noise the stock fans for the Corsair liquid coolers.

At max I can't hear my pump over my case fans, which I have dialed down to as low as they will go.

65-70C under prime is excellent for Intel. For AMD that would be pretty well maxed out.

What is your CPU, cause some of them 65c is a normal temp while 70c maximum, so you could get away. However why wouldn't you down clock it a bit cause seriously that 0.2 Ghz will make almost no difference and paying for that so much money would be quite a dumb choice don't you think ?

EDIT: unless you're very rich and want the best of the best regardless of the price

You can try a different fan on the 212 evo but keep in mind before investing a ton in fans (most decent fans are around $16-20+ usd each) that there's very little if any cooling performance using push/pull (2 fans) on the evo. Just trying to save you from disappointment and needless spending. The 212 evo already costs around $25-30usd, upgrading it with 2 premium fans add another $40usd - and at the end of the day it might net 1-3c difference, it won't perform like a $70-80 air cooler (which is essentially what you'll have, a $70 212 evo).
