Best air cpu cooler

Hi,
sorry if i will some mistakes but i'm not english xD
Can u suggest me an air cpu cooler with 165mm maximum height (not Noctua,i don't like them)
I saw the Cryorig R1 Ultimate that is very very cool but it's too height (168mm).
My case is a Corsair Obsidian 450D and my CPU is an Intel Core i5 4690k.
Max price 75€/80$
