So I have a corsair 780t case with 2 140mm front fans for intake, one 140 mm fan in the back (flipped for intake considering that I'm not using air cpu cooler), and a cpu water cooling radiator with 2 140mm fans for exhaust.

Should I flip the fan in the back for exhaust? Or am I good?

Solution
Yes, flip the rear fan for exhaust so it sucks away the hot air from your GPU before the rad gets it.

Rads are very restrictive for airflow. General rule of thumb is you get about 50% of the rated fan CFM to actually go through.
