Best AM2+ CPU for Nvidia GTX650?

First, my computer specs is:
AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8GHz
2GB RAM DDR2
Zotac GTX650 1GB DDR5
Biostar A760G M2+ Socket AM2+ (Support AMD C3 Processor) maybe support AM3 CPU..

Overall my cpu is bottlenecking, I should upgrade my CPU...what's the best AMD CPU for my motherboard?
