Hi
Building a budget computer 500$ with AMD X2 3800.
I need a decent MB (100$ the absolute max) w/integrated graphics preferred although in a month or 2 I will look to get a decent gaming card for the system. I really have no idea as to what is good and there seems so many to choose from. I would prefer to buy from ZipZoomFly. No interest currently in OC and no idea how to anyway.
Thanks in Advance

I also intend to purchase a AM2 motherboard, but am a little confused about what is the best one. There are so many with different chip sets and such that it is a little confusing as to what is what. In about a month I have decided to purchase the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ CPU( I am an AMD fan and will not buy an Intel).

I have found a few reviews here and some other places, but they are older reviews. I need an update on best motherboards now for AM2. Perhaps some of you good people from your own experience or know how can recommend some excellent cannidates.

I am willing to pay good money for the motherboard. My budget is not much of an issue as well as graphics card and memory.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Really depends on what you want out of the motherboard, for most people the motherboard i listed above will suit all their needs.

If you feel you want a motherboard with more features then something like an ASUS M2N32-SLI Deluxe would be good.

This mobo would be good also

If you prefer a Crossfire compatible mobo their out there too

But like i said earlier though the motherboard i listed in my first post on this thread is more than capable of satisfying most people's needs in a motherboard.
