Best AM3+ Motherboard

Im currently running:
-AMD FX 8350
-MSI R9 380
-16GB RipJaws (1600MHZ) Ram
-CX600 Cosair Power supply
-GA-78LMT-USB3

I was wondering what the best AM3+ motherboard was out there for me to upgrade too preferably around 100-150$$.

This is a pretty good motherboard but dont overclock too much, i dont think its a good idea with this 1.

I have Overclocked my FX-8320 with water cooling to 5.0 GHz stable. The MOBO is cheap but as it says in the title, it's ultra durable and haven't had a SINGLE issue with the 78-LMT

Is it too much to ask why you're upgrading?

Im not getting good performance while gaming. I cant run anything over medium settings. So i asked what the problem may be and someone suggested that my mobo could not handle the larger processor. Also one of the heat sink chips over the motherboard keeps falling out. Im also experiencing problems with my usb ports shutting off and restarting;l

My USB devices restart aswell. I don't think the motherboard can handle over 4-5 devices at once. I usually have 3 USB sticks and a Razer Keyboard, Razer Mouse, and a Blue Yeti plugged into my system. Sometimes they restart out of nowhere. I remove all my USB sticks and it doesn't happen.
