The build in my sig does a pretty good job. You could upgrade the R9-290x to maybe the GTX 980 if you want more. Maybe go for a higher end PSU. Your choice of case of course.

dont waste the money on a 9590 i have an 8320 oc to 4.7 with room to go i actually got rid of the 9370 in favor of the 8320 but i would add a custom loop to that build Thaisnang i have my mobo cpu and 780s all on their own loop in that same case with the same mobo

GTX 980 SLI is equivalent to a single R9 295X2. Esp. on 4K. 300 series is not out yet so can't include them in this build.

he didn't specify res AMD wins in high res no doubt but if he isnt playing 4k he is better off with nvidia IMO

and he didnt tell us when is he going to build the PC if it was after a month i would wait for R9 300 IMO
