4 Gig Ram
GTX 750 Ti
A6 6400K Black edition 3.9Ghz


What would be the best budget quad core CPU would I get in order to stop bottlenecking my Graphics Card?

The Athlon X4 860k at ~$70 or less would be the best budget CPU you could use with your current motherboard. It would be much better than your A6 6400K, but it still may bottleneck some. *An 880K would be better, but spending $90 could be better spent toward a better CPU + mobo.
