best AMD motherboard with 2 RAM slots

To get a good quality motherboard must it be 4 slots of RAM? I don't plan on buying more ram in the future. I appreciate the feedback

Most good boards come with 4 slots and budget boards with 2.

and that's why I wanna buy one. But, in terms of overclocking, is there much of a difference?

Usually the budget boards have inferior power phases and therefore will not overclock well if at all. For OC at minimum go with 970 chipset board, Asus Gigabyte and Asrock have good ones. Check here http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database
