Best and cheapest 3D printer for my needs

I am not entirely sure which forum on this site is best to ask this but here I am.

I am wanting to work on a project soon but first I need a 3d printer that is not really expensive and can easily fit something the of 120mm x 70mm.

well, i think i saw a Benq 3D printer go for as "little" as €500, with the cartdridges going for €20 for each colour...As for size, i think they're fairly bulky right now...
