Well then, a Pentium LGA1150 and Z MoBo will suit the needs better. Its cheaper than most AMD except some Athlons and Phenoms and a solid one for OCing. What's your intermediate budget for CPU+MoBo combined?

Well it can't, in the most intensive scenarios, but your GPU isn't capable enough in first place that CPU becomes a bottleneck. Pentium is the best CPU I'd pair GTX 650 with, anything higher and you'll feel stuck by your GPU. If you plan to upgrade your GPU soon, you can get FX 6 or 8 or Intel i5 with 9xx series or Z87/97 MoBo respectively, but i5 and FX 8 is not on the cheaper side.
