Best and worse value cards?

I'd like everyones opinion on the best and worse value graphics cards
heres my picks:
r9 270x
gt 620-640

My best would be an R7 260X
my worse...hmmm, outside laptops ones because their price is ridiculous, i'd say GT 610

I live in au so everything is overpriced. So when you see an r9 270x for $250 its not a bad deal

Ah well then that explains that. I'm in the U.S so everything is a lot cheaper here.

I can't tell you the worst pick right now, but I think it is currently the Titan, the 780ti is comparable and is much cheaper, I don't get the Titan's purpose. I may be wrong though.

For the best, I usually go with the 7850 after rebate for $100, but I don't count rebates or limited-time sales so I would probably go the R9 270/270X for about $150-200.
