Are we talking gaming on an IGP? or APU with Discrete GPU, or APU with IGP disabled with Discrete GPU?

Dogecoin mining = I don't know, are you sure you would want to use an APU at all for this?

7850K has the strongest IGP and has the strongest CPU in the APU series. CPU shouldn't matter so much for mining as he already has an ASIC

Is a a8-7600 a good option? Can it run bf4 multiplayer on 720p on low? And arkham knight on low 720p?

A8-7600 would be a great choice, don't buy 7850K if that CPU is avaliable. It probably won't run Arkham Knight properly but neither would the 7850K.

I guess it could. This is a benchmark of Bioshock Infinite BTW.
