now, i don't need raid, but it's the only abit board (i can see) that has the KT133 chipset with ultra dma 100 .. (do i have to use the raid on it?

whats your opinions, on the best board. and why

#1 I would say the Abit KT7 (no raid if you dont need it) because it is all soft menu. It has 6 PCI and 1 ISA if you need it.

#2 KT7-Raid same as above but with raid.

#3 ASUS A7V I have this mobo and it works fine. I even spilled water on it when it was running and it still works. :) It shorted out for the moment and my voodoo3 died but it all works now. This mobo only has 5 PCI and an AMR... kinda gay.

#4 Abit KA7-100 Stay away from it. Its an old school Slot A.
