I suggest you don't get cheap cases because it's one of the most future proof parts of a pc (According to LinusTechTips)
You'll end up having to buy another case if you're not satisfied with the case or the USB port stops working (Thrust me, I currently have a $60 case, the front heatset port doesn't work).

The CM Haf 912 is a good option for a budget case though..

I would go to a $75 case but I'd prefer at least a small window on the side

The Bitfenix Shinobi is a very clean looking case, but also very stylish, while offering many options. It also has a side panel window (it is slightly tinted too). There is also a white and black version. You could also put different coloured accents on it. If you search bitfenix on newegg you can find different strips and logos for the front and top.

I'd say the Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus case, it's roughly around the same price as the Shinobi, while also coming with a window on the side and one blue LED fan on the front.
