Best audio interface?

I am going to buy some sort of xlr to usb interface. I do need phantom power. My budget is $80 with a little bit of room (up to $100.) I will be using this with the at2035. I will also need little to no background noise coming from this because I do livestream. I currently am looking at the blue icicle, the M-Audio M-Track 2, and the Focusrite iTrack Solo. Which would have the least amount of backgground sound? I don't need any monitoring although it would be a plus. Thanks in advanced!
